I want this Don’t take advice from me you will end up in the gym and not be able to walk the next day shirt. I feel bad now Richie is saying no bad mouthing. It’s not what I was going for at all but it does trouble me that there are many mindsets not being changed and that potentially harmful attitudes to exercise are being encouraged. Just sharing my personal experience and thoughts on it. Exposing lies is the right thing to do. Skinny pigs is great for cardio but it’s just one form of many types of exercise. And the claim it’s the best for this and that and the false claims is just wrong.
