Long long long hard road but they kept grinding and we finally get to bring the Cup to DC! I need this 2018 Stanley Cup Champions Mickey Washington Capitals shirt. So awesome to see my team finally win the Stanley Cup! Sharks fan here, I wanted to say congrats Capitals. You guys have had a heck of a season. Congrats on winning you are first ever Stanley Cup! It must feel nice winning your first Stanley Cup ever in franchise history. When the season started I obviously wanted the Sharks to win the Cup but it didn’t happen. Hopefully next time. I do want to congratulate Alex Ovechkin on winning his first ever Stanley Cup Championship. He played very well in these playoffs. He deserves it. Hopefully, Joe Thornton gets a Cup soon. Both guys have been in the league for a while. Both are very great players.
