The hearse is the yard sale of horror movie cliches. I need this Horror Park Cute Horror Movie Villains shirt. I will be honest, I love this movie. It’s all build-up and no payoff, but the ride is smooth and full of amusing pit-stops. Van Devere screams like a champ, and I loved how every time she was startled, she did jazz hands. Director Bowers must have known he had something amusing here, as he features the jazz hands in slow motion for a dream sequence. The previous troubled production was good campy fun, but sheepishly skirted around the whole incest issue and failed to drape the material in the extra layer of sleaze that it desperately needed.
